‘Hot Rio Nites’ is a popular landscaping plant with lush foliage and a prolific flowering season. This cultivar grows 3-4m high in full sun to part shade. It prefers moist well-drained soils rich in organic matter in tropical/subtropical climates. Flowers through summer/autumn with striking upright red inflorescences.
